Who is Korhan Ballı?

I'm Korhan Ballı, a sports academy graduate. I've been pursuing bodybuilding professionally since 2002. Throughout my career I've earned titles and championships in various weight classes. For 21 years I've invested everything I have into sport and my gyms.

I've completed specialized training in nutrition — an inseparable part of sport. After the sports academy, my studies in nutrition and bodybuilding equipped me to deliver professional personal coaching.

In bodybuilding, how you perform a movement, how you initiate it, sustain it, and finish it matters enormously. A movement done incorrectly can lead to injury instead of muscle development.

The most important thing in my one-on-one sessions is that movements are performed correctly and that my custom muscle-building program is followed without compromise. I apply the same discipline in my online coaching as I do in person.
